Who is responsible?
ANTHROPOCOASTER Project is an independent editorial publication operated by Delfi Cerrudo, based in Spain. Delfi Cerrudo is responsible for the personal data processing described in this notice.
For editorial enquiries, general correspondence or questions about your personal data, you can write to contact@anthropocoaster.com.
Information we process and why
Messages you send us. When you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to reply, follow up on enquiries and manage editorial correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining correspondence with readers and other contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing this information is voluntary, although we need a way to contact you if you request a reply. Please avoid including sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Operation and security of the website. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses, connection information and security logs as necessary to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the publication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to appropriate safeguards.
Audience measurement. At public launch, we use Ghost's built-in web analytics, powered by Tinybird, to understand the readership of the publication. These measurements can include page views, daily visitor counts and sources of website traffic. Ghost states that its native analytics do not use cookies or persistent browser storage to recognise visitors across sessions, and that Ghost(Pro) analytics data is stored in EU regions. We use this information only to assess readership and improve the publication. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding readership and improving the publication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to appropriate safeguards. You may object to this processing by contacting us.
The native analytics being cookie-free does not by itself establish that every element of this website is free of cookies or similar technologies. If we introduce other tracking or services requiring additional information or choices, this notice and any necessary consent arrangements will be updated.
Cookies and external resources
During password-protected preview, Ghost may set a technically necessary access cookie, identified during our prelaunch inspection as ghost-private. This cookie is associated with access to the private site; it is separate from audience analytics. Our inspection of the private homepage found no entries in browser local storage. These findings describe the inspected configuration, not a guarantee that every page or future version of the website will behave identically.
Ghost loads some of its standard interface components, including Portal and search, from the external content delivery network jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). The site also makes technical requests to Ghost services (ghost.io). The delivery of these resources can involve processing technical request information such as IP addresses, under the applicable providers' policies. Their presence does not mean that member registration or behavioural advertising is active.
Ghost states that its native audience analytics do not use cookies or other persistent browser storage to recognise visitors across sessions. We will review this notice if additional tracking technologies or services are introduced.
Services that handle data
We use Ghost(Pro) to host the publication and Tinybird for Ghost's native audience analytics. Certain standard Ghost scripts are served via jsDelivr. Messages sent to our public contact address are forwarded by Porkbun to an inbox operated by Microsoft Outlook.com (Hotmail). These services may process the information necessary for their functions. This website does not offer public member registration, paid subscriptions or email newsletters at initial launch.
Some service providers and their subcontractors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Porkbun publishes a data processing addendum that incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. Microsoft describes its international data processing arrangements in its privacy statement. For further details or to request information about the safeguards applicable to your correspondence, please contact us.

How long we keep information
We keep correspondence only while it is needed to respond to an enquiry, address related follow-up, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation, and review whether it is still needed. Hosting and analytics data are subject to the purposes of operating, securing and measuring the site and the retention practices of the relevant service providers. We do not keep personal information longer than necessary for the purposes described above.
Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Data portability may apply in certain circumstances. Contact contact@anthropocoaster.com to make a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our services or data processing practices change.
